Troubleshoot: If you ever find your product not working properly, please twist the complimentary light bulb clockwise all the way so it is fully connected to the bottom. If not, the light bulb might be damaged during shipping. You should dispose of it and buy a new one.
Reminder: this product lights up the space and warm up the atmosphere just about right, it is not designed to be used as table lamp or reading light as it is not very bright, it serves as a night light, and you can always replace with a brighter light bulb that suits your need, otherwise we find the lighting quite comfortable.
